motivating environment. Our clients' receive a detailed fitness assessment
prior to beginning their customized personal training program to insure
that their individual needs, fitness goals and current health strengths
or limitations are considered in their exercise program. On a regular basis
our private training clients receive progress reports with empirical
evidence of measurable results.

have more time to spend working on that bottom turn or round house and less
time getting frustrated in the shore pound...just be sure not to drop
