
Surf Fitness / Boot Camp
This is the original and one and only Boot camp /Surf
camp! It's a 2 day camp that is for all ages looking to better the current
fitness level or push to higher fitness levels. One of our BCRPA certified
trainers will start you day with a 1.5 hour boot camp on the beach or field
to get your heart rate up and get your body ready for an afternoon in the
ocean. In the ocean you will learn the basic skills you need to surf from
one of our BCASI certified instructors.

Surf Yoga Camp
The surf yoga camp is a must for anyone interested in combining
surfing and yoga into one holistic exercise and wellness program. 3 full
days of fun and excitement, each day starts with a 2.5 hour BCASI certified
surf lesson followed by a catered lunch. In the afternoon you will spend
time with our certified yoga instructor doing 1.5 hours of yoga in a scenic
location followed by a relaxation session. In the evening you can continue
to relax in your private rainforest cabin or loft. There is no better way
to unwind and feel great.

50+ Fitness & Lifestyle Camp Aug. 22 - Aug. 28
The 50+ Fitness/ lifestyle camp is 5 full days of fun! This
camp gives you a wide range of what the west coast offers. Each day starts
with exercise that could range from, surfing- hiking and everything in between.
You will then get a healthy catered lunch and the afternoon will be filled
with adventure. Each afternoon we will do a different excursion which could
be kayak, whale watching, bike tour, and /or a guided tour from Ucluelet
to Tofino. This is an adult only camp and space is limited so be sure to
book your spot well in advance.
